Magnetic Sweeper
Magnetic sweepers are applied to clean small and tiny iron fillings on the ground of production environment, such as workshops of assembly of electronic products and production line of lithium battery or its material. Inside magnetic bar, there is a magnetic source made of permanent magnet covering with sealed stainless steel tube. With its magnetic strength, magnetic bar can attract small iron filling in materials so that material purity can be improved and downstream equipment can be protected. Magnetic bar can be fixed individually in inlet, outlet or delivery pipe. Also, it can be used to make magnetic grates, drawer magnetic separators, fluid magnetic separators and rotation magnetic separators.

Its purpose would be to clean the ground under the container so we should require long handle with 100-150 mm gap between bottom surface and ground to enable to pick big pieces. The sweeper should be powerful enough to pick multiple pieces of up to 1 kg.
