According to our customers’ requirements, we assemble the neodymium magnets and metal parts into a complete rotor or stator and supply them magnetized. It will save a lot of costs for customers.
All motor rotors or stators are customized as per customers’ designs, which won’t be supplied to other customers. Manufacturing with customers’ supplied drawing and sample is welcomed. Welcome customers come to order or process with their drawings or samples.

Permanent Magnetic Coupling
Magnetic coupling is a new kind of coupling joints prime motor and working machine together by magnetic force of neodymium permanent magnets. It requires no direct mechanical connection, but transfers the mechanical energy using the interactions between rare earth permanent magnets and the magnetic field’s feature of penetrating a certain distance and material. The introduction of the magnetic couplings solves the existing leak problem in dynamic seal of some mechanical devices.
This kind of magnetic assembly is universally used in the seal gearings of chemical industry, electroplating, papermaking, pharmaceutical, food, vacuum and other industries.
Magnetic coupling consists of external rotor, inner rotor and spacer sleeve.
