Manufacturer: China Rare Earth Magnet Limited
1. Residual magnetism high temperature irreversible lost rate of permanent magnets for elevators
Residual magnetism high temperature irreversible lost rate refers to relative decreasing percentage of internal magnetic flux under high temperature, which is an important index for permanent magnet manufacturing level. Also, the index is a significant proof for guaranteeing normal working of permanent tractors.
Take common working environment as experimental condition, such as open circuit 120°C, semi-open circuit 120°C and closed circuit 120°C.
1.1 Percentage ratio between intrinsic coercive force and demagnetized curves (HK/Hcj) are closely relative to residual magnetism high temperature irreversible lost rate.
1.2 Residual magnetism high temperature irreversible lost rate can be reduced by increasing heat resistance element, adjusting formula and powder process and vacuum sintering. In mature permanent magnet manufacturing technique, permanent magnetic Dy-Fe which is high-temperature resistance is always greater than 2 %( HCJ≥22,000KOe), and HK/Hcj percentage is bigger than 95%. The average powder particle in magnetic volume is 4um~5um. If data are lower than those above-said data, technological requirement cannot be guaranteed.
1.3 Qualified rate of raw materials can be guaranteed by IPC spectrograph testing rare earth raw materials. Trough real time monitoring average powder particles, high manufacturing level and low magnetic lost rate can be reached.
China Rare Earth Magnet Limited manufactures neodymium arc magnets in different sizes and grades. If you have drawings & special requirements, welcome to sending us!
