56pcs N52 Neodymium Arc Magnets with Different Magnetization Directions for Halbach Ring
56 Pieces Neodymium Magnets in a Ring Permanent Magnet:
I would like to obtain a quote. Our current specifications are:
• Material: N52M
• Size: 56 magnets pieces in a ring => angular dimension is 360/56 = 6.4286 degree)
• Plating: Ni-Cu-Ni
• Magnetization direction: two magnetization directions required (1) through thickness, and (2) through circumference
Our design is very sensitive to tolerances since 56 contiguous (touching each other, no gap in between) pieces need to form a ring. Could you please confirm your manufacturing tolerances capabilities in every dimension? That is, outer and inner diameters, thickness, and angular dimensions.

Please note that the angular tolerance is given as reference. However, the inner and outer diameter tolerances of the ring when assembled with 56 arc segments must be met. That is,
OD +0/-0.4 mm
ID +0.4/-0 mm
We need confirmation that your manufacturing can met the tolerances as specified.

As far as we know, there is no real N52M material yet, so our quotation is based on N52.
Many manufacturers use N50M to replace N52M, please be careful.

Magnetized direction: Half through radius/Half through thickness
Unit price: USD**/pc
According to our technician team, "no gap between every magnet" is no achievable.
But we can control the gap within certain tolerance.
If you have future considerable demand of these magnets, please kindly order a few sample sets of the arc segments to have better understanding of the gaps between every magnet.
