I use the neodymium magnet inside water and till today I use only NiCuNi coating. Now, for better quality- I'm thinking to use: NiCuNi coating + EPOXY! What is your opinion? Please give me your best quotation for the 2 coatings. If you need my samples so please give me your full address.

Coating NiCuNi+Epoxy is not suggested. Because NiCuNi is so glossy that Epoxy is very hard to attach on. We have other customers whose magnets used inside water too. They've also tried the NiCuNi+Epoxy coating as you thought, but only to found that the epoxy is very easy to fall off. Later, they tried another coating: Zn+ Black Epoxy, and found it is much better. So, we kindly suggest you to use this one. What's your opinion? We always customize permanent magnetic products as the specifications provided by customers. Your attached documents specified the detailed material, grade, size and tolerance, so we'll produce just as that. (N40 neodymium iron boron magnet, D6x8mm) But magnets' pull strength is subject to the measurement in actual testing after the production, whether they would perfectly suit to your machine after you changed their positions only to be known after they function on your sensor. Please kindly understand.

To avoid any mistake, I sent samples. As you can see, I sent to you some samples of my magnet and plastic body with sensor to show you how it's working! So the power of your magnet must be same to my sample and stable

The neodymium sample magnet test is finished, and the grade is N42. Please kindly find our offer in attachment: (Same material and size as your samples, with Zn+Black epoxy coating). Notice: Since we are only a manufacturer of magnets and physics is not our area of expertise, herewith, we are unable to know very well how your permanent magnets work in the sensor. So, we can only test your magnets' samples and assure to produce same magnets. As for their application in the sensor, sorry I'm afraid we cannot offer much help and only have to suggest test on your side. Please kindly understand.
