Correct Magnetization Direction :
Magnetization is wrong.
It must be through diameter. The other parameters should be:
1. Material: N35 NdFeB
Br = 11,800 - 12,200 G
Hc = 10,800 - 11,500 Oe
Hci = Over 20,000 Oe
BH(max) = 34-36 MGOe
T (Max Working) 80 C
2. Magnetization: Oriented and Magnetized through the diameter

N35SH Epoxy coated for minimum 15 hours salt spray. (150 C)
By the way, please forget about N35.
