I am from India. For Application in MCCB we need radial magnetized NdFeB permanent magnet . As I am in R&D stage I want to prototype the design I made. Our requirement is:
Material: Sintered Neodymium Magnet
Design: Radial magnetized ring type design.
Dimension: Ring Magnet, Outer Diameter: 14.6mm, Inner Diameter: 7.6mm, Thickness: 3.5mm
Coating: Nickel
Magnetization: Radial Magnetized (Inner diameter-north pole Outer diameter-south pole)
Grade: N45
Quantity: For prototyping I need very less quantity only. Please mail me your minimum order quantity.
Or else if you already has some NdFeB magnet with similar dimension (+ or - 1mm also ok) and radial magnetization please inform me. If it matches our design I can order what you have already. No need to think about new magnetizer because it will cost too much.
