We would like to invite China Rare Earth Magnet Limited to participate in our new project to supply the permanent magnets .
Currently we are in the development phase of a device where we intent to integrate a motor element directly in the design in order to save space and cost.
Thus, we are working with three different scenarios for a small segment and ring magnet
4-Pole-Segment-Magnet
4–Pole-Ring- Magnet
2–Pole-Ring Magnet
Off the 3 designs only one will be chosen for the final design.
Kindly feedback if your company able to supply these 3 types of magnet
If yes, please provide with following
Provide official quotation based on
1. Unit price, tooling cost (if any) and lead time for prototype samples, MOQ and batch quantity for below two Segment magnet ---North South radially magnetized & South North radially magnetized
2. Unit price, tooling cost (if any) and lead time for prototype samples, MOQ and batch quantity for 4-Pole Ring magnet
3. Unit price, tooling cost (if any) and lead time for prototype samples, MOQ and batch quantity 2-Pole Ring magnet
Please also provide a quote divide into “Magnet “and “Magnet Assembly“ if you have the ability to perform internal assembly.
