Could you be so kind to tell us why do you need such magnetization direction?
Magnetized through width will weaken the magnetism of the product to certain extent.
Because such direction will make the magnetism focus on the surface of Length*Thickness
In addition, according to our experience, 3M adhesive tapes are always applied to the N pole or S pole of magnets. Now that you changed the magnetization direction, do we apply the 3M tapes on the same surface as last sample order?
Magnetization Direction:
The reason of such magnetization direction is that we’re working with a window manufacturer and are testing the permanent magnet in different positions to see if we can ‘hide’ the magnet with-in the frame and still have it work with our wireless security sensor. And yes, please apply the tape in the largest surface.
How long will it take to manufacture?

If you wire the payment tomorrow, I think we can ship the samples around 10th November.
The production period is pretty the same as that for bulk order, because we have to sinter new material and carry out whole production process even for neodymium magnet samples.
