Yes, we can mold magnet in ABS plastic.
But there is molding fee for the ABS plastic, and your magnet requires (up and down) 2 molds.
The molding fee will be about USD***.
And please note that the ABS plastic housing will be about 0.7mm thick, which will affect the magnetic strength of the inner magnet.

ABS Plastic---We will provide you with the ABS resin you can use to mold around the permanent magnet block. It is a special color to match our customers other products and they spend a lot of time making sure it’s correct.
Mold---If you mold the magnet in the plastic, can we choose the texture of the finished piece? Our customer would like the exterior ABS finish to be in Yick Sang 1280A.

For the ABS resin, do you mean that you will provide a sample for us, and the production shall be based on your sample? Or that you will send us ABS resin required for every future production batch from Canada?
---We would provide you with the resin to produce everyone. We have our plastics manufacture in China and they would ship you enough resin to produce the magnets in the same colors are other products are.
