Features
Diameter of standard magnetic rod is 25mm. The length can be processed according to customers’ requirements. The longest length can reach 2500mm. We can also provide magnetic rod in square or in other shapes. In order to meet special requirements in field of food and pharmacy, neodymium magnetic rod often uses 304 or 316L seamless stainless steel, which can be polished on the surface. The maximum working temperature of our regular products is 80°C. For customers’ particular requests, we can provide products with working temperature reaching 350°C. We have diversified designs of two ends of magnetic rod, including tines, threaded hole and stud. Employing neodymium magnets or other permanent magnets like SmCo high temperature magnets in different grades, China Rare Earth Magnet Limited can manufacture different magnetic rod producing different surface field to satisfy customers’ requirements. Maximum surface field of magnetic rod with 25mm diameter can reach 12000GS.
Application
Magnetic rod is mainly used in magnetic separator of magnetic holder, which can effectively absorb iron impurities or metal particles in loose or flowing raw materials.
