We are one of the distributors in Turkey mainly work for cutting tools. One of our customers asked a special type of neodymium magnets , attachment you can find drawing of it.
This magnet will use at a new machine and for first part our customer ask 1000pcs. If we would be successful in this machine, then we will buy with very huge quantitiys.
Looking for NdFeB Magnets or AlNiCo Magnets:
Please have a look on below drawing and let me know the quotation for 500Kpcs based on below drawing. The material is neodymium iron boron or AlNiCo.

The 1/16 x 1/16 x 1/4" N52 I'd want a sampling of perhaps 1,000 for evaluation, but pricing for quantities of 10,000, 100,000, and 1,000,000. The ball permanent magnets will be used in an application that has a high likely-hood of collision, so I'd like a coating material that will give it the most impact resistance. Would doubling the standard thickness of the Ni plating make a big difference with that? Or tripling? Would that reduce the magnetic strength at all? The ball magnets evaluation quantity would be somewhat lower. If possible, I'd like 10pcs or so of various plating and plating thickness to determine the best combination for our application. Once we've decided on what would work best, we'd like pricing in quantities of 1,000, 10,000, and 100,000.
