Could you please kindly inform us the application of the small holes on stainless steel plate?
Our engineers plan to drill the holes by laser. In this case, the holes will not be very smooth and will have some small burrs.
Also, very slight deformation will occur if you bend the steel plate.
May I know if the above situations are acceptable?
Small Holes on Stainless Steel Plate:
The small holes work as an air passage. Having a consistent size is fairly important. Burs are ok as long as they aren’t raised which could throw off were the magnet rests.
The vertical dimension is very critical. Ideally we would like this dimension held within +- .05mm.

Details of the Magnetic Assembly:
The circles you are referring to be radius. The parts have a 3 Dimensional curve which helps facilitate air flow in our application.
These plastic parts are small however they are absolutely critical to the design.
This subassembly is very critical to the way our headphone functions so we want to be very clear on what is expected in order to get the parts to function correctly.

In addition, you inquired two grades, N42 and N52 before, so which one you want for samples?
