We need neodymium permanent magnets with the following specifications: Disc Magnets; Dimensions: 15mm diameter x 1mm thick; Tolerance: +/-0.1mm; Grade: N35 neodymium (force > 0.6kg); Magnetized Direction: Through thickness; Surface Plating: Ni-Cu-Ni; Will be delivered in Europe, France, and then embed in products delivered worldwide; Strong self-adhesive tape on one side (ideally 3M 467MP)

1. Would it be possible to deliver separately North and South magnets (regarding the side where the adhesive is stuck on)?
2. Would it be possible to order a different quantity of North and South magnets?
3. Is it possible to stick other adhesive? If yes, which ones?
4. What is the force for the model specified?
5. Would it be possible to have a datasheet for the model specified?
6. The force is important for us. Is It something ensured, certified by you?
7. Is it possible to have a higher force for the same dimensions?

3. For permanent neodymium magnets, 3M adhesive is the mostly used one
4. The magnetic strength is subject to actual testing. We can only tell you the estimated strength for your reference. It is around 0.5~ 0.7KG.

6. It is unable to be ensured. The strength should be tested in practice.
7. Yes. Based on the same dimension, the higher the grade of the magnet, the higher force will be got. Of course, the price is higher accordingly.

Several questions regarding the manufacturing, the packaging and the shipment, technical data:
1. Is the manufacturing process automatic or manual, or both? Did operator wear gloves to manipulate magnets before delivery? Do you have a rough explanation of the manufacturing process, including adhesive deposition?
2. For shipment, the magnets with adhesive on North and the ones with adhesive on South are not clearly identified (same labeling on the 2 card box). For the next order, will it be possible to clearly label the card box indicating for example “Adhesive on North side” and “Adhesive on South side”
3. Ni-Cu-Ni coating. Is there a standard? If not, what is your claim, at least regarding thickness?
