I am developing an outdoor product that requires the use of ring permanent magnets (neodymium). The magnet needs to have to be a ring shape with the required size. Since it will be used outdoors, it needs to have a very good protective coating that will keep it rust/corrosion proof. I have been looking at coatings and have found that maybe the best one to use is Everlube coating. Is this something you guys can help me with?

The most important dimension of the ring is the ID (after coating is applied). Depending on the coating used and the thickness of the coating, the final OD and ring thickness (after coating is applied) can be somewhere in this range: *-*mm (OD) and *- * (ring thickness). So there is a little room to vary on the OD and the ring thickness. I hope this makes sense.
The pull force needs to be approximately 1.58- 1.81 kg (after coating is applied). So with this information and specifications, maybe you can help me decide what grade the magnet will need to be- N40? N45...?
