Requirement of Neodymium Rare Earth Permanent Magnet :
You are requested to please send us your lowest offer for the following items.
1. Diameter 10mm X 1.5 mm Thickness - Qty – 1,000,000 Nos
2. Diameter 10mm X 2 mm Thickness – Qty- 50,000 Nos
3. 50mm(L) X 50mm(W) X 12.5mm(Thk.) – Qty – 2500 Nos

We are a manufacturer of high-precision variable magnetic scales and measuring systems to measure angle, distance, position and turns in a many different applications. We are looking for new reliable permanent magnet suppliers which can deliver us ferrite rings according to our specifications:
Material:
- sintered hard ferrite 8/22 Europe isotropic
- value of the 8/22 material are: Hcj in kA/m: min: 220 / max: 230; Br: max. over 220 mT
- or a similar material but important is isotropic and a Hcj-value under: 240 kA/m and we need a Br: max. / over 220 mT
- an alternative to the 8/22 ferrite material could be: C1 USA or Y8T and Y10T China but the Y8T and Y10T have a max. Hcj of 280 kA/m and this is too much.
Further requirements:
- not magnetized
- magnetic flux density = 1 mT
- edges rounded or chamfered
- dimensions and further information please see our attachment
Please note that the permanent magnetic material and quality of the rings is very important for us.
We would be grateful if you would send us a quotation for these article including delivery time, costs for molds, tools, MOQ etc. and a quantity scale for
