The D394BK assembly is our current project. Our annual usage for this part is 25,000 – 30,000pcs. We buy 10,000pcs per shipment. Attached is the 3D model for you to better evaluate the part. Yes you need to supply the whole assembly (including magnetic plate, side plate and plastic housing). Do you currently make magnetic assemblies with plastic components? Or does your factory only make the ferrite Permanent Magnet ? Does your factory have a partnership factory that produces the plastic and steel components? Can you send me pictures of your popular items?
Magnet Application:
For the permanent magnet required to install the machine body of aluminum. Machine and is found in the proportion of low humidity. The machine reaches a temperature of less than one hundred degrees Celsius. We need ring 60*24*6. Please re-quote them. You can ship non-magnetized magnets. We’ll magnetize them ourselves. Can you send me a curve of demagnetization for this grade? Now we need magnets urgently. So a price may be high. If properties are acceptable, in the future we’ll order the permanent magnets by sea. .Just in case, could you produce ferrite magnets with Hcj`4800?
