Security Camera Cover for Laptops and Mobile Devices:
We want to manufacture a security camera cover and are made of 2 different alloys (2 permanent magnets or 1 magnet cover and 1 steel ring, or opposite, magnet ring and steel cover). There are two parts, a guiding ring and a cover, they would be laser-cut or manufactured with a different technique.
The cover has a grip laser engraved on the top and logo on the bottom. The rail sticks to the device with an adhesive.
This device is primarily for laptops and mobile devices.
Tolerance is 0.001mm
Alloy: Neodymium Magnets Grade N52 with nickel coating (Or other comparable)
Adhesive: 3M VHB Tape (Or other comparable)

Requirements:
Could you produce?
1. An oval ring produced from the lowest carbon 0.35 steel sheets available, NiCuNi plated to withstand 200 hours salt fog test (followed by 3M PSA and release paper) which would have the same attractive force as if it were to be made from NdFeB.
2. A 0.35 thick magnet with a 0.2 thick disk again produced from the lowest carbon steel available adhesively bonded to the magnet. Both plated with the same spec NiCuNi.
3. Both the ring and the steel disc would have negative laser cut or stamped angles to improve the mechanical interaction.

The steel material we usually use in magnetic assembly is A3 steel.
The disc magnet and the steel plate can be combined together by glue.
Regarding the oval shaped ring, it is not workable to paste 3M adhesive below due to the ultra thin thickness.
You can use glue to paste it to other products.
