Custom Neodymium Magnet or Magnetic Assembly for Lifting
Looking for Lifting Magnets:
I am looking for auto adjustment of current manual gage wheel height change, where I would like to lift 5 kg gage wheel by making on permanent magnet and once I put magnet off due to self weight of gage wheel it should drop.
Ideally this gage wheel has to be little away from flat ground but when undulations come it came into picture to lift deck and safe guard blade and lawn.
Localized weight of gage wheel and shaft is not more than 5 kg
Number of cycles are 4 in one hour and 2000 is life expectations
There are external impacts on this part due to sudden impact of object heating from ground.
Working conditions are very abuse
Total Stroke length = 100 +/- 5 mm
Increment = 13 +/-2 mm
Number of increments = 8 to 10
