Enquiry of Samarium Cobalt Permanent Magnet:
We have a customer requesting a Samarium Cobalt magnet with the following dimensions.
Outside Diameter 40mm
Inside Diameter 15mm
Thickness 6mm
Can you tell me if this is something you can offer for 12 sample parts? The full production requirements are about 10,000 such permanent magnets per annum. The finish should be for best corrosion performance / similar to the neodymium magnets we currently buy. Could you let me know what grades and any technical data you have?

Enquiry of Ultra-thin Permanent Magnets:
I am sending this email from Greece. I am interested in ultra-thin magnets or electromagnets with the strongest magnetic field (N52 would be ideal) you can provide. What I would like to request is, if you can provide me with magnets OR electromagnets with:
diameter : 0.7mm or less
length : from 2-3cm to 20cm
quantity : 10 (experimental phase)
The application of the N52 permanent magnet is as an implant in experimental surgeon on animal bodies.
If the magnets suit our needs and the experiments produce good results, yes larger amounts will be needed. I can not know the quantity from now, but around 200 pieces will be needed if things go well.
Magnetization direction is through length.
