Small Neodymium Ring Magnets with NiCu+everlube Coating
Permanent Magnet Used in Hot Water Heating:
For one of our projects , I am looking for ring magnets with outer diameter 8mm, inner diameter 2 mm and thickness around 1.5mm.
The magnet is used in hot water heating applications. So I am looking for a magnet with the above mentioned dimensions and most importantly water proof with some special coating.
I would like to know if you can develop such a magnet.

What will be the working temperature of the magnets?
And what is the full force you want the magnets to achieve?
As for coating, please confirm will the magnets be emerged in water in actual application?
NiCuNi is the most conventional coating we used currently, which has very goods performance resisting rust and oxidation. But if the working environment of the magnets is really tough, we have to consider otherwise.
Permanent Magnet Application:
The magnet is immersed in water. It is surrounded by a plastic housing/ tube. A diametrical ring is placed outside the tube/ housing. The magnet must be strong enough to hold the ring in the same position.
The ring is very light weight (approx. 20 grams)
Working temperature is 40°C, used in a valve in under floor heating systems
The magnet has to hold a very light metal ring outside the body
Yes, the magnet will be immersed in water, Possibility of corrosion and dirt formation
The fluid medium is water & water - Glycol mixtures
Please suggest a magnet suitable for this kind of application.
