Permanent Magnet with Logo 20170313-1
Neodymium Magnets with Silk-screen Printed Logo
Look for N45/N50 Neodymium Magnets with Logo:
I am looking for a source for excellent quality rare earth permanent magnets for a product line I am shortly to launch on Amazon.
N45: 33 LB per magnet, 13,500 internal gauss
N50: 115 lb holding power per magnet, 14,200 internal Gauss
• Magnetized through thickness
• Heavy Duty NiCuNi Triple Layer Plated
• Tight tolerance +/-0.002"
I did have further questions for you:
1) I would like all my products to be branded: have my company logos (which will be a simple, black logo) somehow etched or decal printed onto them
2) I would like my products to be either colored, or "brushed steel" (with 2 different colors)
Are you able to help me differentiate my products in these ways?
Neodymium Permanent Magnet Manufacturer China Rare Earth Magnet Limited:
If you want to print logo on the magnets, our engineers suggest silk-screen printing rather than laser or "brush steel".
Silk-screen printing is a mature technique for printing logos on magnets, which is very economical and cost-effective.
This printing will not damage coating of magnets, comparing with laser etch.

Questions about the Magnets:
The main pain points my clients regularly complain about are the following:
1) The magnets break/smash easily as they are very brittle. Is there something we can do for my product that makes the magnet less likely to break?
2) My competitor doesn't provide a case or cover for each magnet. Are you able to provide a plastic or rubber sleeve or sheath to put each magnet into prior to packaging and shipping?
NdFeB Permanent Magnets Manufacturer China Rare Earth Magnet Limited:
As for individual package of each magnet in its own box, seldom do we make such package for customer. If you need so, the boxes have to be customized.
It would be better for you to order boxes from a specialized factory and put the magnet in it after you receive the products.
Magnets are brittle. Commonly, in order not to break the magnets during shipment, we will put foams and blister in the boxes to protect the magnets.
