The drawing as shown below, perhaps you have the similar design. The size should be within this range D=60mm, H3=66mm, M=8, H1=15mm, H2=23mm

Here are some drawings which you can have as a base for your quote for the magnet kit ZG5. On drawing for the complete neodymium magnet kit the design show that the iron core is made of several washers that is welded together. However we are open to have a iron core that is solid and milled/turned to match the final measures depending what is the easiest way for production(and cheapest). Actually, that is how we get them today.
Volumes: Today we are using approx. 50pcs yearly but we have a new project and then we will use 500pcs per year. Please calculate price for batch of 50pcs and 500pcs. Please also calculate see if it is possible for us to order in quantity of batches of for example of 20pcs at the time and if that would have any impact on the price. What would be the cost for one such permanent magnet assembly? One last thing: technical dep. wanted me to check with you what epoxy coating of complete magnet kit would cost per magnet ring.
I will send you a separate quote request for another part but I want to separate it from this to avoid mix up. Here is the drawing for the other part. Note: The part number for complete outer drive head (ZG52505-00103) needs to be marked on the top of the lid.
