I am looking for manufacturer that can build custom magnets. They will need to be fully assembled as per the drawings. The magnets used in these drawings are Vacodym 745HR but an equivalent or more powerful heat resistant magnet is acceptable.

The magnets are assembled to the plate using nuts and bolts. We need a total force of the set of 280kg (140kg each magnet) and similar dimensions, it does not have to be exactly the same, if it works then its ok.
This magnetic assembly will be used to attach metal boxes to a metal mould for concrete so it has to stand up with the push of the concrete as the mould is filled, as in the attached drawing.
Some permanent magnet manufacturers have quoted the next specs: N38 grade with Zn coated, Br.1.22-1.25T, Hcb.899kA/m, Hcj.955kA/m BHmax.287-310kJ/m3, working temperature is 80°C.
We would like you to quote the plate assembly also.
We do not need any specific size of the magnetic handle. It is steel but any other cheaper material that works would suitable for us. We just need it with a handle that is not going to fall apart.
This permanent magnet assembly is painted red but we do not need paint.
