We are building magnetic separator. Can you please provide us the price for rare earth permanent magnets of following dimension?
We want Neodymium Magnet.
We are not sure which one of the above grades is suitable. You may please recommend the suitable magnet. Our application is submerged the magnet in waste water of the steel industry which has iron particles. The temperature of the effluent is 65 degree Celsius.
We want to manufacture number of candle filters. In each candle, we will have * magnets. To reduce the cost you may increase the internal diameter if you wish. We will insert these magnets in SS pipe.
You may please suggest us the plating.
Magnetization direction should be around the diameter, so all the iron particles stick on the diameter.
Moreover we want the magnetic strength should be around 10000-12000 gauss.
