The catalogue of national key energy saving low carbon technology popularization (2014, energy saving part) was abolished from the date of announcement.

The technology is commonly applied in mini motor and generator system; Excitation loss is zero, saving copper; Realizing the coreless motor, eliminates the problems of magnetic damping and iron losses which cannot be overcome by traditional permanent magnet, which can reduce driving power, reduce iron loss of heat source, and lowering the temperature rise of the motor running, to improve the efficiency and reliability of the permanent magnet motor; Using intelligent frequency conversion technology, equipped with new intelligent inverter, can realize high efficiency stepless speed regulation from zero to rated speed , with wide speed adjustable range and high precision. It is reported, the power consumption of all kinds of medium and mini motors in serving accounted for 60% -70% of total supply of China power grid, which is the first major power consumption. The traditional motor efficiency and power factor is very low at low load, in the actual use it's very serious, most motors were in low load condition, the system efficiency is 20%~ 30% lower than abroad , the power waste is amazing. The energy saving effect is obvious with the technology applied in industrial sewing machine, precision milling machine, bench drill, diesel power station and so on. Compared with the traditional motor system, it also can save about 50% steel,100% silicon steel sheet and 50% copper. Currently, the application of the technology can realize energy saving to 60000 tce/A, emission reduction to 160000 tC02/a. The proportion of the promotion of this technology is expected to increase from less than 1% to 5% in the next five years, achieving an ability of energy saving about 300000 tce/a and emission reduction of 790000 tCO2 / a.
