Today we would like to share the magnet measuring instruments commonly used by permanent magnets manufacturers.
It is reported that commonly used magnetic instruments are flux meters, Tesla meters (also known as Gauss meters), and magnetic meters.

The following image shows the Gauss meter which is necessary to measure the magnetic strength of the magnet. 
Magnetic meters can automatically measure the hysteresis and demagnetization curve of permanent magnet material and accurately measure the residual gauss Br, coercivity Hcb, internal coercivity Hcj and maximum energy product (BH) max and other magnetic parameters.
It can detect magnetic materials, not only can measure the magnetic flux value but also can directly detect the performance of magnetic products, so as to achieve the purpose of controlling product quality. The flux meter shows clear, easy to operate. It is an ideal tool for flux measurement.
The flux meter is used to measure magnetic induction flux. The Tesla meter is used to measure the strength of the surface magnetic field or the strength of the air gap magnetic field, and the magnetic meter is used to measure the integrated magnetic performance.
