We are a consultant company and we are developing a new product for a customer of us.
Do you produce permanent magnets by customer drawings?
We need a magnet with high stability also in high temperature environment; the two main applications
(and product versions) require the following two ranges of temperature:
A: -40 to +100 °C
B: -40 to +150°C
The magnets will stay in gas (Methane or LPG).
If we use the same magnet for application A and application B it is good, otherwise, if it is more convenient, we can use two different magnets.
The magnets that we are testing (commercial magnets) are neodymium magnets (grade N35)
and have the following dimensions:
V1-1: two discs
V2-1: two rings
We are testing them to decide which kind we have to use.

But for some regular magnets, we can produce them without drawings.
