Neodymium Arc Magnets with High Working Temperature for Motors
Motor Magnets:
Each customer demands different magnets as their applications.
Though same used on motors, magnets can still be various due to specific reasons.
While according to our experience, many customers use high-temperature resistance neodymium arc magnets on motors.
N35-N52 Magnets for House Elevator:
We require permanent magnets as we are going to start PM Motor manufacturing.
Though we provided details as below, you are requested to suggest best suitable magnets can be used for permanent magnet motor for lift (house elevator). Frankly to speak we are confusing in selecting grade of NdFeB magnets and coating type? Also we require high strength magnets as it will be used in application where human life is main point of concern.
1. Material: Neodymium Arc Magnet with nickel coating.
2. Grade: N35 and N52
3. Size: The drawing is attached.
4. Magnetization direction: North at outer radius and south at inner radius in Half qty and vice versa in remaining Half quantity.

Commonly, neodymium magnets are coated with Ni-Cu-Ni, which can better resist to rust and corrosion.
Could you inform us the temperature range that you require? Magnets used in PM motors often have to resist to high temperature.
Also, please send us a drawing with clear dimension of the arc magnets. A quote should be based on dimension as well.

The maximum temperature is 120 degree centigrade. The detail of PTC thermal resistance is attached herewith.
Also if you feel Ni-Cu-Ni coating better then consider that one.
What would be magnetic strength? We require possible maximum strength for better performance of PM motor. Please guide us if we are making mistakes in selection of magnets.

48H magnets have the strongest magnetic strength under temperature of 120°C. Magnetic strength should come out after actual test. After production is finished, we will provide you the test report and demagnetized curves.
