Pot Magnets

China Rare Earth Magnet Limited specialized in manufacturing pot magnets assembly. Pot magnets are constituted by permanent magnets such as neodymium magnets, ferrite magnets, and other parts like metal, rubber, plastic. The magnet is encased in a metal/steel case like a "pot" with one face not enclosed. Sometimes, pot magnets are called as magnetic cup, cup magnets or magnetic metal cup.
Neodymium magnet, SmCo, ceramic magnet and AlNiCo can be used to make pot magnets. Neodymium pot magnets have strong magnetic force and high performance. The advantage of ferrite pot magnets is economical price and moderate performance. AlNiCo pot magnets works well in extreme high temperature up to 550°C. The maximum working temperature of samarium cobalt magnet is 350°C.

Customers usually require neodymium disc / ring /countersunk magnet + A3 steel pot with NiCuNi, Zn, painting in different colors, with hook or without hook, with screw thread or without screw thread. If customer couldn’t provide detailed specification, we usually ask for overall size, pulling force (N) & maximum working temperature. Sometimes, we can make design according to actual application like door, wall and ceiling fixture, cabinet, advertising board, display, daily use, etc.
