Receiving Orders:
We create a set of standards and make plans for producing and delivering according to product drawings.

Sintering Process of NdFeB Magnets
Theory:
Part of metals on surface of particles will melt into alloy solution which flows between gaps of particles and a big power will drag every particle together. A product with many gaps will become a compact product.
Classification: high-temperature sintering, one-off sintering and secondary sintering.
High temperature:
Product density and residual magnetism can be improved.
Timeliness:
Uneven distribution of rich neodymium can be optimized and coercive force and energy product can be enhanced. Sintering elements: vacuum degree, temperature, heating rate and heat preservation time
