200x2x1mm Neodymium Magnets Attached on One Stainless Steel Sheet

I am searching for some rare earth permanent magnets for my project. The magnet attraction force has to be strong for position fixing purpose. It is because the air gap between magnets will be 25.4mm wide. The rectangular magnet dimensions should be around length=200mm, width=2mm and thickness=1mm. Magnetization direction is along the length. That means the North and South poles should be on the opposite ends long the length. Both neodymium iron boron or samarium cobalt type are OK. But it is better to have nickel coating for corrosive resistance.

The length 200mm is too long to manufacture. It is easy to fragile during processing.

The length could be shorter. Please let me know the maximum length if keeping the width=2mm and thickness=1mm. Since the magnetization is along the length, I think I could have them joint together end to end.

3. The magnet should be arranged in 16 columns, separated by 1mm between columns.
4. Each column should make up of 20pcs of 10mmx2mmx1mm small magnets joining end to end.
5. We know that the assembly will be curved like a tube.
In addition, we would like to order 50mmx50mm x10mm nickel plated neodymium permanent magnets.
