Request for Price of Rotor Production:
I know your company has the best experience in producing permanent magnets. I would like to ask for the price of rotor magnetic assembly . Sketches of the complete rotor is attached.
Would you provide the information on the costs of assembled rotors including hull and magnets (main magnet and sensor magnet). Furthermore, give me the price of single parts of the complete rotor: What is the price of the magnets alone?
The material of the hull shall be stainless steel of non-magnetic quality. The permanent magnetic material has to be N44H neodymium magnet and the small sensor magnets have to be made of the same material. The magnetic fields of both magnets have to be oriented in the same direction.

Our engineers review your drawings and have some questions that need your confirmation.
1. Do the Hauptmagnets and Sensormagnets are both neodymium cylinder magnets? Not ring magnets?
Commonly, we use ring or arc magnets and adhere them around a shaft.
Please confirm if this rotor need a shaft or not and need cylinder or ring magnets?
2. Please confirm the magnetization direction of the magnets.
In your drawing, the magnetization direction is shown as below.
Magnet Shape & Magnetization Direction:
1. Both magnets are full cylinder magnets. They are no ring magnets.
There is no shaft through the cylinder.
2. The magnetization of the magnets is not as you picture them. I attach a quick drawing of the magnets. There you see full cylinders with “N” and “S” marked.

The price in the upper table contains overall price of the complete product (stainless steel hull + magnets).
In the lower table, the price is only for magnets, excluding the stainless steel hull, because you mentioned you also wanted to know price of magnets alone.
