Single side permanent magnet means neodymium disc magnet with one side exposed, other sides are wrapped with iron part. The magnetic force can be totally focused on the exposed side, magnetic force on other sides are very weak. Customers usually require neodymium magnet & iron part with Zn or NiCuNi coating.
If some places need magnetic force on one side only, magnetic force on other sides may cause damage or interfered or be useless, such as packaging, if we use single side magnet, it can reduce production cost and save magnetic material.
Single permanent magnets are widely used in many fields like printing and packaging, phone boxes, wine, tea, gift boxes, bags, leather, moon cake boxes, computer leather, clothing, whiteboard, etc.

Notice:
1. Material Selection: The selection of material & thickness, and the spacing between magnet & iron cover are very important. Pure iron is easy to leak magnetism, after special treatment, refraction will increase. There is no 100% shielding material. The effects of different manufacturers are very different.
2. Angle: According to the principle of refraction, curved shape is the best.
3. Space: Permanent magnetic field lines like signal of mobile phone, need space to reflect.
