The strongest permanent magnet material is N52 NdFeB. Clients usually require NiCuNi, Zinc, Black Epoxy coating. We always custom sintered magnet according to clients’ requirements or drawings.
Raw Material: Nd---26-33%; Dy-Tb---0-1.5%; Al---0.1-1.0%; B---1.0-1.2%;
Fe---63.2-68.5%; Nb---0.3-1.4%

Grades: N35-N52, N30M-N50M, N30H-N48H, N30SH-N45SH, N28UH-N40UH, N28EH-N38EH
Coating: NiCuNi, Zn, Epoxy, Au, Ag, Sn, Cr, Phosphating, Passivated, Parylene, Everlube, High Wear Resistance Epoxy, Black Ni, etc.

We can custom mini magnets with size 0.2mm, big magnets with size 200mm, custom block, disc, ring permanent magnets with multi-poles. If our clients require, we can supply product inspection report, demagnetization curve after finishing goods.
