One important question came up: Is it possible to have all magnets in the same orientation? I.e. always north facing outside? Are your pot magnets all oriented in the same way?

Yes, you can have all magnets north facing outside.
Other customers usually don't care about the orientation of pot magnets because pot magnets are often used to attract steel parts.
N pole or S pole facing outside does not matter as long as the pot magnets are not used to attract other magnets.
Actually, it is a magnetic assembly named Spoke Magnet for standard round spokes. A very powerful magnet is affixed in place on the spoke with a standard head screw. Will attached to any standard non-bladed spoke without hassle! Tool-free for installation and removal. Besides, if being required, it can be covered by ABS plastics.
