Please give Ni finish. Magnetizing direction along either parallel to W or H. Dimensions: L = 30mm, W = 10mm, H = 10mm; Hole: 30mm pass through circular hole 3mm diameter, along L; Current estimation is 1000000 pieces / year at lowest end. Hope we can begin a profitable relation ship in 2014.

Before quoting, we would like to know more about your application so that we can suggest proper magnets to you. As you know that neodymium magnet is the strongest permanent magnetic material at present. Its price is relative higher compare to SmCo and Ferrite with the same size. But neodymium magnets easily go oxidation and corrosion without the protection of coating. The maximum working temperature of SmCo magnets is up to 250~300ºC. The price of ferrite magnet is much cheaper. If you don't mind, please tell us the application of the magnets, its working temperature as the magnetic force required. Besides, please confirm the drawing of the magnets as enclosed.

1. The magnet diagram is correct.
2. Two magnets will adhere on to a piece of baked paint coated metal. The total of two magnets should be able to support a weight of 450g as per attached diagram. Please advice on this suitable magnet. So far SmCo seems to be my choice because of non oxidation and powerful magnetic qualities.
3. Samples can now be limited to strong SmCo permanent magnets
4. When quoting please take into consideration, possibility of very long term business and we prefer to work with the people who first develop effective sample. So please give the last and final prices for the requested bulk quantity
