China Rare Earth Magnet Limited developed special epoxy coating for sintered neodymium magnets. It has high resistance to water washing and wear.

One of our big customers has high requirements for the coating of the magnets which are used for clothes. The magnets should be glued firmly and withstand many times of cleaning and washing. At the beginning, we supplied samples with various coatings to customer for testing. Unfortunately, the testing result is not so good. After all, all those coatings didn't meet the customer's satisfaction. Finally, through months of efforts, we have developed a new epoxy plating successfully. It is called high Wear Resistance Epoxy Coating, which is specially formulated and made by barrel plating technology. Compared with ordinary epoxy coating, it is more superior in stuck with glue and resistance to water washing, wear and corrosion.
